recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room assigned to me was poorly maintained, with a strong and unpleasant odor permeating the entire space. To add to the discomfort, we were placed in the last room on the floor, which I believe is far from ideal and not a preferable choice for any guest due to its isolated location.
Despite having made a request for a different room, my request was not accommodated, and I was left with a room that did not meet basic expectations. Considering the price I paid through Trip.com, I feel this level of service and room condition is completely unacceptable. It is my strong recommendation that the hotel management and ownership take immediate action to address these issues, as it severely impacts the guest experience. Furthermore, I believe platforms like Trip.com should perform more rigorous vetting before listing such hotels to ensure quality and value for money.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as improvements are necessary to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.
