Fantastic place to stay, there’s a private pool in each room with a beautiful view and it’s more amazing during the nights with Petronas twin towers view.

I’m very pleased with the room itself. The bed cover, duvet, and comforter are of outstanding quality. The bathroom is exceptional—spacious and equipped with all the basic toiletries. The TV experience would be even better with Netflix available. This might be just me, but I found it a bit challenging to use the screen mirroring feature from their smart TV to my laptop. The balcony pool was one of the highlights of my stay. My friend and I spent a lot of time there, chatting and enjoying the stunning view, the water, and the overall ambiance. Another impressive feature was the elevator—it’s one of the fastest I’ve ever used, which made getting around the hotel incredibly convenient. But there are two main reasons why this hotel stands out for me. First, the outdoor swimming pool with a view of the Petronas Towers—it’s a place full of memories for my friend. He even made friends with some Chinese guests who kindly took photos of him while I was busy working in the room. Second, the breakfast is incomparable—by far the most delicious I’ve had in Malaysia. The owner clearly puts in a lot of effort to make this hotel exceptional. However, there’s room for improvement. I suggest the staff receive more training in English and Chinese to enhance communication with guests. It would also be beneficial for the receptionists at both the restaurant and the main reception to better anticipate guests’ needs and provide a more professional level of customer service.

Overall the hotel feels good. It's very worthy of the price I'm quite satisfied I'll come again next time！

I don’t normally write reviews as I can’t be bothered to but this hotel deserves it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Before our trip, I considered booking the larger rooms with two king-sized beds for our small family of four, concerned that the rooms might be too small based on the pictures and video reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. During our four-day stay, my children loved swimming every day in our private pool. Parents worried about bringing their children here need not be concerned, as the pool door has a high-placed safety latch that prevents children from entering without an adult opening it for them. I hope Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur maintains the same level of cleanliness in the rooms, as everything was new and shiny since it just opened this year! This hotel will now be our preferred choice every time we visit KL. It was definitely worth every penny.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here from start to finish! They provided us with a cute anniversary welcome gift upon our request and was just pleasant throughout our stay here! Enjoyed the bed and the pool, and the breakfast was so good! Definitively worth to try out this hotel!

Love the room. Got a complementary birthday cake for my husband. Breakfast was soo good. Lots of choices. Friendly staffs. Will come back again.
