Regent Shanghai on the Bund

The hotel is great☺️ The service is also superb. This time my mother and aunt traveled. We received great care and service, and the breakfast was great. The view from the room was also great. I came to Shanghai for a trip again. I used to come to Shanghai alone. This time, I wanted to bring my loved one to visit the city I like, and I specially chose the Seagull Regent Hotel which opened only last year. The experience was great👏! The front desk lady who checked me in was very nice. She helped us upgrade the room type for free. We originally booked a deluxe king-size bed room with Oriental Pearl Tower view, which was upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed with Bund view. In this way, we can not only see the Shanghai three-piece suit but also the beautiful scenery of the Bund. It's great👏

On the last night of my visit in Shanghai, I chose the Bund View Deluxe King Room at the Seagull Regent Hotel in Lujiazui. From the moment I got off the car at the hotel, I could feel the service attitude of Regent. It made me feel at home. The scenery, service and food are among the best in Shanghai. No matter how I take pictures, they are all good. I like the fragrance in the room, which makes me feel relaxed and happy. The breakfast is great and delicious. I will stay a few more days next time.

This National Day, I brought my mother and children to Shanghai to play. We stayed at the Seagull Regent Hotel and the experience was very good. When we took a taxi to the hotel door, there was a little brother to help us carry our luggage. Jenny thoughtfully helped us check in and took us to the hotel. The room and the various services in the room were introduced to us. When we returned to the hotel after playing in the evening, they thoughtfully prepared cakes and fruits for us, which were super delicious. There were also facial masks and makeup remover wipes. We deeply felt the hotel service. Very considerate, my child said he would stay here again next time he comes.

The hotel environment is excellent, with a panoramic view of Baile Bridge, Suzhou River, and Huangpu River. It is only a few steps away from the Bund. The receptionist seems to be an intern, but the service attitude is very good. The hotel has very good service throughout the whole process. Although there are some problems with the facilities, the service pays great attention to the guests and handles the problems in a timely manner, excluding individual defects in the hotel facilities and hardware. With such high-quality management and service, I believe the hotel will get better and better, and the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I will choose to stay again.
