The hotel is situated in an incredibly convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Ximending Night Market! This bustling area is known for its lively atmosphere, street food, and shopping, making it a perfect spot for both tourists and locals alike. Additionally, there are several convenience stores located in close proximity to the hotel, which is incredibly handy for picking up snacks, drinks, or any essentials you might need during your stay.
When it comes to breakfast, I found that the offerings were quite repetitive, with the same items served each day. If you're someone who enjoys variety in your morning meals, you might want to consider skipping the buffet altogether and exploring some of the local breakfast options available nearby. There are plenty of cafes and eateries in the area that can provide a more diverse and enjoyable dining experience.
On another note, I did have some interactions with the staff at Takao Restaurant, and I must say that they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. The service felt a bit lacking, especially from an older lady who seemed to create quite a scene when handling the plates. This could detract from the overall dining experience, so it might be worth considering other dining options if you're looking for a more pleasant atmosphere.
